By their very nature, natural crystals are unique. Each piece may contain ice cracks, mineral pits, black spots, or variations in color and texture. These are natural growth marks formed over millions of years and are not considered defects.
You acknowledge and agree that we carefully select each piece but cannot guarantee a 100% flawless product. Returns or exchanges based on the presence of natural ice cracks, mineral pits, black spots, or color variations will not be accepted.
