All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Order Tracking

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. SJ Crystal Handmade is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
